This is only 11 days into my contract and already you have given me 2 false statements and rectified my direct debit date which puts EE in breach of our agreement contract.

If you are within 14 days you can just cancel your contract. There is a lot of hot air in your post for such a trivial matter. For example there is no way your credit would be impacted that quickly as you're suggesting.

The payment it's likely your advanced payment for the first month of your contract. EE billing is made 10 days before the actual payment is taken. It's likely your billing date will be as you're suggesting once the initial contract payment is taken.

I would recommend you speak to e CS on 150 as there is no account access on these forums.

Thanks
