      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I payed half of my bill the other day and it said error but still took the money from my bank no record of the payment I made unless I go to my bank and look at the statement it happend last month but they refunded the money the same day but this time nothing has come back and there’s no record of the payment I made&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
