&lt;P&gt;Did you go to the store and request that they cancel the upgrade/order ? &amp;nbsp;As they took the upfront cost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have ordered a iPhone 14 pro from the EE store and I have waited almost for one month. And I haven’t got the phone. So I cancelled my contract. I haven’t received my upfront cost of £50 and they have also took £71 from my bank account as direct debit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
