You need to call EE customer services, dial 150 from your mobile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's nobody on this forum that has direct access to accounts or can physically do anything to assist, most of the users on this forum are EE customers and not employees.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
