You need to contact EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your mobile contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.

Thank you for your answer, but unfortunately my contract end today and I would like to make a new one with another operator.. how can I do it?

If you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract.
