      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my order and contract in the EE store on Saturday but it hasn't updated on my account and I haven't received a confirmation that the device has been received by EE, I never actually had the phone as it was out for delivery when I cancelled it and I received a refund for the upfront cost of the iPhone 14 pro.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone shed some light on this as I am getting concerned that my contract hasn't actually been cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
