How do I submit a claim for loss, damage or delay to my item? (royalmail.com)

I think I'd look at that, EE will probably charge you for the phone (your agreement with them is that they receive the phone and cancel the agreement) but you will be able to claim the value back from Royal Mail.

I ordered a new contract online but the phone I didn't like so I've sent back as a return via Royal Mail Special Delivery

The tracking hasn't updated and I don't think EE have received it back

What is the process normally as I don't want to be paying for a contract which I have returned and also have proof of purchase?
