Discount codes may be applied at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading. They cannot be applied mid-term.

@Daniel205 If you have a friends and family discount you can have this applied to your contract up to 6 months after you have taken out the contract. Any other discount codes can be applied up to 30 days after you have taken out the contract. You need to call customer services to have these applied to your account Please see THIS
