    <description>&lt;P&gt;I pay for my mother's mobile as well. As mine&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;... Her number is xxxxxxxxxxxxx she was tragically killed in a road accident on 25/10/2022.... As you can see there is no usage from that date onwards ... Please can I terminate this contract.... I will still keep my contract&amp;nbsp; xxxxxxxxxx..... I have phoned 150 but I'm forever in a queue . Thank you James&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about your mother being killed in a road accident, but unfortunately there is no account access here, you will have to speak to customer service to do this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Worth hanging up and trying at different times, it should not normally take more than 10-15 minutes before someone answers, at the most 30 minutes. It should also let you know roughly how long it will take for someone to answer and you should be able to ask for a call back when you ring, I believe, if it is very busy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
