What a thoroughly lovely staff member you have

Hi,

I would like to praise a member of your staff who has completely blown me away with his helpfulness and basically caring nature.

I would give him 100/100 for his customer service. I was stressed, he knows why, but he really did help me. At the end of the call I was in tears as I couldn’t quite believe how a total stranger can show so much compassion and empathy.
