Hello wonderful citizens of the Planet - I ordered an Iphone 14 Pro Deep Purple (like everyone else it seems, good choice) on October 26th and still no update, Ive quickly learned there is a massive backlog as its so popular, how can I find out how long this backlog is and when I can expect to receive it?

The EE Shop shows the current estimated dispatch for the model you have ordered, if you select the correct colour and size.

Once your order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch with tracking details to arrange delivery.
