&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure why this would happen if you're due an upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend calling our Upgrades Team so they can check your account and discuss your options.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I am trying to upgrade my phone and look at the different phones and plans but not being able to access this information as each time I go to upgrade mobile, I am getting the message come up “Sorry, you can’t upgrade this device just yet”. Which I don’t understand as I was given the option for an early upgrade a few months back and my contract is due to end on the 9th Nov 2022. Please could you help me understand why I am not being able to access my upgrade!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
