    <description>&lt;P&gt;I changes my plan 2 days after ives paid my bill , they have now decided to charge me 2 months saying they work in advance. , well if I changed it 2 days after I paid my bill then it should be 1 month and 2 days not 2 months , been with these 8 years but now its time to leave and find another mobile supplier&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1155163"&gt;@Dapper127&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; You paid your old bill/tariff not your new one. &amp;nbsp;If you pay your new tariff on your billing cycle this would have to be backed dated to cover the almost one more of your new tariff and for the month ahead as you pay pro rata not in arrears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
