Using EE to pay via Xbox

Hi, just a query as to billing to ee from xbox, since I stopped paying for my game pass ultimate via EE I seem to have lost the ability to charge transactions to my bill, the payment method is still there on the Microsoft website but not selectable on console when making a transaction. Any ideas?

Changing your payment method for GPU shouldn't affect your ability to use mobile billing. Have you tried contacting Microsoft Support to see if they can help?
