&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately you will have to ring customer service to get this sorted. I usually find it takes around 10-15 minutes for someone to reply, the most is 30 minutes. You just have to be patient, as they are dealing with customers just like you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Removal of secondary number</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently changed my phone with EE, at that point I saw that there is a secondary number still on my account - a device from years ago I think. The assistant told me to ring through to cancel it. I can never get through to talk to an operator,&amp;nbsp; is there sny way I can remove the number online?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
