Unknown charges on mobile bill

On my mobile bill I was shocked to see extra charges for £220.37. This was 6 amounts o £36. 45. I phoned EE and was told they were purchases made on my mobile. I didn’t even know you could do this. They were made through a company called foot Locker. EE said I would have to get the money back though them. I can’t believe EE cannot investigate this. Has anyone else had this happen, & how could this happen surly someone would need my phone

Easier said than done they have a chat Bob, can’t speak to real person. I found a phone number for there London head office I’ll try tomorrow

I've had extra charges on my bill this month too that I'm completely unaware of! 6 payments amounting to £220.74! From company Adidas... I never buy from Adidas so have no clue what the hell has happened! I'm calling EE Monday morning to have them look into it

Same here, exactly the same amount seems that EE need to investigate this, looks like we all need to report to ofcom.

They didn't seem interested when I got in touch, definitely time for ofcom to investigate.

I agree, EE are investigating this, I’ve told them I’m not paying, definitely think there’s something going on, your the second person who’ve had these charges.

Hi, I have literally just googled this exact amount of money as I too have been billed on top of my bill 6 separate equal payments amounting to £220.74. Charges say ‘MAIN’ as the reference. My husband is currently on hold to EE, I have purchased absolutely anything I am absolutely not paying it! Obviously a major issue going on here!!

Yes, when I downloaded my bill it had 6 equal amounts, & the description said Foot.L.voc. When I had a look a day later the description was changed to say MAIN. I’m not paying, I will be cancelling my DD. Still waiting on EE coming back with an explanation & refund.
