Hello. I avail a phone on EE and have a monthly subscription. And the phone is gonna be receiving today. I just want to ask if they you can refund my 10 pounds credit on my app. I just still have a credit on my app and not use it.

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

If you are transferring from pay as you go to pay monthly, any remaining credit will be deducted from your first bill.
