Hi there I spoke to someone over the phone about my pay monthly sim, as I was going to get a phone on contract but was unable. But as I am an nhs worker it says I get 20% off and he says with the sim contract it still stands and even though it says 21 on the agreement 16 pounds something will be taken but it still says 21 I’m confused was there a mix up didn’t it work many thanks Athena

You'll still see the normal plan cost in My EE, but you should see the 20% discount on your bill. Has your first bill been produced yet?

It has I think I don’t really know what I’m looking at but it says latest
bill £21
