Always there to upgrade but not to downgrade&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just like Sky. You can upgrade but no facility to downgrade. It is appalling really&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am on a sim only deal and have an old Galaxy S8 which is perfectly suitable for my needs.I have called and been left hanging only to be hung up on after waiting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;On the face of it, that's a billing error - have you queried this or investigated the reasons for the discrepancy?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Perhaps there are additional charges on your bill that could explain this - picture messages should show in your phone's message log if that was sent.&lt;/P&gt;
