You may find that you can get a better deal for being with them for so long, doing it online may not give you the better deal you are looking for.

Been with EE for over 20 years and a new customer has far better offers than i can get in an upgrade, thanks for repaying the loyalty EE, anyone able to justify this?

Looking forward to the next 20 years with another provider!

If everyone got the same offers then no one should be over paying to make up for those who get better deals than others.

Hi @Ereid

Try speaking with EE CS on 150 to see what they can offer.

Much depends on what you have had/paid in the past. If you paid £10 a month for the last 20 years why should you get a premium handset for nothing?

Ultimately times are tough and using Quidco/top cash back to find a better deal, or go SIM only might be more economical. Do you really need a new handset.
