Smart Watch LTE only plan

Is there a data only plan for LTE smart watches? I have a sim only regular mobile plan with EE and I'd like to get something similar for a new (pixel) smart watch.

Or is the only way to use the smart watch to buy it through EE and join a 24 month data contract for the watch at the same time?

@Erlanger For the pixel Watch you can get a sim only tariff if you get the watch elsewhere. It’s £7 per month on a 30 day rolling contract and you’ll get 10Gb of data for the watch, your phone tariff text and call allowance will be available for the watch

You have to be a contract customer to have a Watch tariff, I don’t know what a regular model tariff is.
