      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm on a monthly contract which is overdue an upgrade. Looking at the available options, EE no longer do the phone I want to upgrade to. I was thinking of buying a handset outright and using my existing SIMs and contracts without upgrading. This would have the added benefit that I wouldn't lose the EU data roaming that I otherwise would.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would then use the old phone on the other SIM that is linked to my account (which is for my child's use).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is this allowed? Do I have to tell EE? Will my SIMs (I have a dual SIM, business and personal, the business is on a SIM only contract) work in the new phone as long as I buy it unlocked?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
