&lt;P&gt;The return should be processed within a couple of days of us receiving it. I'm not sure what you mean that you bought a phone outright on SIM only, could you explain a bit more please?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you buy a new phone outright then buy a SIM only plan with a new number to use with it?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi- I recently upgraded (early) to a Samsung 22 Ultra (paid early upgrade fee and significant upfront cost) - unfortunately I could not work with the phone (previous iphone user) so I activated 14 day returns policy. Phone is now with EE and awaiting reactivation of the original contract so I can upgrade again - how long does this take?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also due to fact that I upgraded, I sold my old phone and I have now had to purchase a new phone outright on SIM only as EE would not allow me to take out another upgrade until the returns process has been completed!&amp;nbsp; Anyone else find this a problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
