EE Perk code not working

I have the option to upgrade at anytime, it costs £100.00 to upgrade to the Samsung Z Fold 4, it will cost £100 a month.

I applied my 20% perk code and it gives the message "Coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided".

Please explain

Could you try on a different device or browser please? Please turn off any VPN as it could cause problems with the code being recognised.

I tried on different browsers and my phone no luck.But worked in the ee store, very confused Sent from my Galaxy

It may be worth calling to see if it can be put through over the phone, @DD669 or pop back in store for them to process it for you.
