Additional lines

Hello. Two situations to ask: I had two lines after credit check for SIM only and was able to add pixel 6a phone to this , straight from get go new customer but none of this having to wait 3 months to build up internal score with EE.....So this shows that EE are clearly happy to move the goalposts whenever they wish to? Next I have since cancelled both lines within 14 days cooling off. So cancelled both accounts as soon as cleared I decided on new deal SIM only 12 month and was declined instantly, so I complained to referrals credit EE As said nothing had changed so soon within a week on my credit score and said this was purely down to myself cancelling And EE internal security not liking it either ... Next day had a call from EE HQ credit department and decision maker agreed with my email and gave me reference code and overided original Decline. So Now on a better sim deal without having to do another credit check also which I argued should not have to do. But now it's saying I cant add any Additional lines to this yet previously this was no problem at all from original checks without having to wait 1-3 months? So my question is why the Disparity and love to know EE Answer to this for customer consistency and all?

Thank you kindly

Paul Matthews

In Reply to Chris_B Thank you for ones reply I have to say to the point and Frank. Just to say I have a new SIM deal contract just to update you as said got this overturned by Credit Referrals..... I would like question your judgement and wording saying it is strange Activity on my behalf are you insinuating I maybe a little suspicious? Not sure how that would fit the bill when a customer is given a legal Long Distance selling Rights of 14 days cooling off Returns/Refund no questions ask if change of mind that's the whole point it's there to use as a means to look at phone a little play and if not liked then Returned how is that as you have clearly worded strange Activity?

Thank you kindly

Paul
