You need to contact EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your mobile contract.

@Juv62 : Why? It's a 'noreply' email addy. It's set up to not receive emails. It's certainly not the way to cancel.

To cancel a contract you would need to call us on 0800 079 8586 or 150 and the team will help you transfer the contract to pay as you go.
