      <description>&lt;P&gt;If this contract "actually finished" by virtue of your giving cancellation notice, yet bills have continued - then yes, you would have grounds for complaint.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Many people mistakenly believe that these contracts just "end" on the 2year anniversary, when this is just the end of the minimum term. The contract continues on a 30day notice basis beyond that point.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you no longer have use for a phone and are outside the minimum term, then you need to give 30days notice to disconnect, which you can do via C/S on 150.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;These mobile contracts don't actually finish unless you cancel them 1 way or another. Did you?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away.&amp;nbsp;There will however be a 10% discount after 3 months.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
