I missed a payment however payed it a few days later online manually. And I have still been billed on top of paying a few days later

Was it a late payment charge? If you don't think the payment was late, have a chat with our Mobile Care team and they'll check it for you.

Do you have a DD set up? If you have a DD in operation you shouldn't make a manual payment on or soon after your billing date. It is then too late to stop the DD being auto taken in full. Now the extra will be used as credit against your next bill. It won't show on your a/c until the next bill.
