Used to be able to do this entirely online but now it only gives me the option to swap my phone for another and asks me to call 150 if I want to keep my old phone. What's this about? Doing it online was much easier for me as I have a very busy lifestyle and don't have time these days to sit around talking about upgrades on the phone!
