topic Standard upgrade in Contracts & Billing

I'm currently within my standard upgrade window and looking to upgrade my phone, whilst keeping my old one as my daughter has these when I'm done with them. Used to be able to do this entirely online but now it only gives me the option to swap my phone for another and asks me to call 150 if I want to keep my old phone. What's this about? Doing it online was much easier for me as I have a very busy lifestyle and don't have time these days to sit around talking about upgrades on the phone! Can someone shed some light on why this isn't an option anymore?

Hi @MrsLloyd2019

There should be some non-trade in options when you're in the last 45 days of your contract. They should be selectable at the point you're choosing the plan.
