I ordered online monthly Iphone 14 pro max last Sep 15 and received the item last Sep 29.

i availed the monthly plan £77.00 and had an nhs discount which gave me a monthly bill of £61.60. Upon checking my first bill, I was charged of £127.01 (£77 monthly charges + £50.01 extra charges- cost of device).

could someone explain to me why am I being charged with this amount? And how come I still get £77 even I have a voucher?

when checking my EE app, It shows £64.17 on my monthly.

please enlighten me

Did you pay anything upfront? I upgraded and it showed the upfront charges even though I already paid it, the bloke on the phone said it’s something they had to show on the bill - also could be pro rata charges sometimes when you upgrade it changes the bill amount and will go back down to the original bill the month after , what colour and gb did you get good to know you got your phone in about 15 days, I have hopes I won’t be waiting forever 😂

Hi @jddiasnes

I'd definitely recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can run through the bill with you.

Let us know what happens please.
