If you having issues doing this then a call to customer services is s required, Make sure that they understand you want a 30 day rolling contract.

I have more than one number on a shared account. 1 of the numbers is within the 45 day window for an upgrade. I want to upgrade onto a SIM only deal at this time - but I don't want to tie into a contract right now. I want to move onto a SIM only 1 month rolling contract - but when I do the upgrade process online then it simply doesn't give me this option. It offers either 12 months or 24 months.

Does anyone know if this is possible please?

ee did have a few cheap 1 month sim only contracts about a month ago , but when i selected it the ee site came back with a higher price once added to my basket.. and thats being logged in as a member. i phoned ee only to be told i will only get cheap deals online as over the phone they cant offer it as cheap. so i gave up trying.. anything BT touches makes the experience poor.

Hi @KevinSharkey,

I'm sorry to hear you've not been able to get the plan you were interested when you looked a little while ago. Are you able to still see these deals when you log into your online account?

Your profle name is linked to your email address and not your EE account, so this would've been manually set up when you registered for the Community.
