My payment ment to come out 12th every month or just after it’s saying it’s over due now! **bleep** I payed 140 last month says I was in credit! now saying overdue my net off? this is actually joke can some please. Help done it last time aswell really annoyed me because I will only be able to pay on between 11th to the 20th lastest!

Do you pay by direct debit?

Does it say how much you owe, if anything?

yes I pay by direct debit and the fully amount of the bill same as I pay each month don’t understand because I had a text telling me it’s due in 12th and will take it 12th or just after this first problem second problem I have
