      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My contract is ending very soon and I received a text message about offers for upgrading but when I go online to check the plan the price is totally different to what I’ve been offered. I’m confused as to why I cannot have the offer given at the price quoted.
