Viewing my bill

I can't find where and what my bill is how can I view this ,as I'd like to check it before I pay it ,or are we to believe that it's right and ee never make mistakes.it was never this awkward before to check and pay ,think this needs looking into ee

@Sa03hirst1 You find your bill on your EE account or via the my EE app. On the my EE app it’s at the top under BILLS AND PAYMENTS

I've tried that but with no success,if we don't sort this I'm sorry to say I will be leaving ee for good after being loyal to ee it seems that counts for nothing

What happens when you try to view your bill in My EE? Do you see an error message?
