    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am trying to complete my early upgrade which I am eligible for. I am happy to pay the fee however when I click any phone it says no plans available. If I log out the plan I want is there and phone, it was available a few days prior. It seems a lot of people are having the same issue with the app and website. I have tried calling and end up on hold for over an hour. Please does anyone know how I can resolve this? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
