Hi, I want to buy outright a Samsung Galaxy 5 watch (I have a samsung mobile). I have a SIM only pay monthly account with EE.

Do I need to make any changes or will the watch be able to connect to my current account?

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you have purchased the watch from a third party, you would need a 30-day data plan for the Samsung Watch which is £7.00 and you will get 10Gb of data per month, your calls and texts will share your phone allowance.

This would be added in the Samsung wearable app and the data plan would be added to your account.

I was told when I called EE today that it is £5 including vat. Which price
is correct?

This is £7.00, and the price will show for you when you set this up in the wearables app.
