      <title>Lost original email at start of contract</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For some reason I can’t find my original email address when I started my contract. This means that I’m not classed as the account holder even though I am and I pay my bill. I think I tried with too many old email addresses and so I’ve messed things up, how can I sort this out ideally without calling as I’m suffering after a massive mouth operation and can’t talk very well&lt;/P&gt;</description>
