Was paying my bill on the we website with Apple Pay, it said payment failed, but money have been taken out of my bank account?
still haven’t got any updates

How long ago did you make the payment?

Is the payment showing as pending?

Hi Leanne, I made the payment this morning, at about 9:30ish

and yes it’s still showing as pending on my bank transactions, I’m just confused at it said “payment fail/we couldn’t make this payment”.

@Alea12345 .. I had a similar experience in a local bar when their payment device was playing up. I had two failed transactions which stayed on my account as pending, they disappeared after a few days. Probably nothing to worry about.

I see, I just hope it pends and the money that was taken out my account pays the bill.. as I don’t want to take another chunk of money out my account to re-pay the bill.. money I don’t have..
