      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I am eligible for an upgrade but online it says I'm not, I did get a PAC code a week ago as I was going to switch to 02 but decided to stay however now its saying I can't upgrade my phone/plan. Can't get through on the phone - any suggestions? have cleared cookies, tried different browsers etc&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
