Upgrade to IPhone 14 pro

Hi, I recently made enquiries about an upgrade to IPhone 14 pro only to be told that the discount I have had for several years will no longer apply. I have an upgrade anytime contract. I am very disappointed that EE no longer care about customer loyalty. My upgrade anytime option is now a waste of time and money as I now can’t upgrade. Anyone else had that problem?

Hi Leanne,

My statement just says 20% plan discount. I don’t have any more info other than it was carried forward when I upgraded a year ago.

Did you have a perk discount that you added originally?

If not, I would suggest giving us another call to see if there are any plans that are compatible with this discount.
