      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear whom it may concern, a few months ago i was on a phone call with a woman working for EE who upgraded my sim plan, she then said it was only a few months contract and if i wanted to continue the contract to ring. i am still getting charged for this sim contract that i do not use&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade.&amp;nbsp;There will however be a 10% discount after 3 months.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
