    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been due an upgrade for almost a year and i am now only just getting round to doing it due to damage to my phone, but when i got to upgrade very single phone on the website shows the same message "&lt;STRONG&gt;Sorry Mitchell, it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;How can this be the case for EVERY SINGLE phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
