I am trying to upgrade. I currently get a 20% perks discount but it is not allowing me upgrade with this discount. I currently have 3 lines on my contract and have been a customer for almost 8 years so would expect some kind of discount.

I have generated a code from the military discount app which is what we did last time. The code gets rejected and it says to read the terms and conditions.

Did you get the code from the EE Perk website? Is the plan you're choosing already been discounted or a special offer?

Thanks Chris. TBH I didn't even know it had to be done on the perks website! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I have done that now and upgrade is done. Thanks so much!
