Sorry, @Leanne_T : You're not following me. I had already de-archived this to ask you this Q as I believe increasing your plan in mid-term is still possible. Is this not the case or otherwise this thread is still relevant today & should still be extant?

We do have a Help page with up to date information - How can I change my plan or pack? that we can use for customers.
