Price plan confusion

Hi there,

After paying my overdue bill this morning i finally noticed that my price plan is different from the start.

I joined in oct 2020 on a fixed £71 plan. In April 2021 it increased to £74.20 (£3.20 increace)

And in April 2022 it increased to £81.10 (A further £6.90 increase)

Why the increase when i signed a fixed 24 month contract and please can you explain how the increase works out to this price now.

@tonyshore1 You didn’t sign a fixed term contract you signed a contract that will receive at the end of March a yearly price increase inline with CPI + 3.9%. Did you read the contract?
