@Doreen143 : It's probably a scam. Did it call you by name? Do you have a contract with EE? If so is it fully paid up to date?

Report it to your network provider by texting CALL followed by the number to 7726 (S.P.A.M. on your keypad).

I've been sending them to EE 7726, today and yesterday I've had 4
calls,which my mobile blocked straight away. So because my mobile didn't
ring,I'd only seen missed calls and any numbers my mobile blocked I always
Google them and reported and blocked them. I'm just trying to help others,
because I was scammed for 3½ hours, only thing that saved me was
fingerprint. Doreen
