Hi

I’m looking on the website and I can see an add to plan item on monthly but when I log in it disappears and only gives me the pay in full option.

I’m well within the contract time and have used add to plan a few times before and everything is paid off now. I got a new contract in July so should be able to add.

can someone help please?

Hi @NicolaH

I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can check your eligibility and help you get the order put through if you're eligible.
