      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looking at ordering a new phone but the website says an upgrade isnt available? Is it because the contract already ended back in Feb?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You should be able to upgrade as you are outside of your minimum term.&lt;/P&gt;
