I had have a similar problem. I upgraded from a sim only deal to a tablet and sim deal as doing the math it wasn't much more a month..... however they failed to tell me not only had i started a new 24 month contract but also a massively overy priced 1G 12 month contract.....thus is what eats away my 10% discount.....very dishonest company....and the app is total pants!!

To get to 45 years old and still not understand the concept. Thanks for clarifying the principal of an upgrade....if you had given it a little thought you may realise It was the 12 month contract that I was unhappy with as it gives me 1G for about £25 a month.....i could have paid a £10. 30 day rolling contract for that data....as I had planned to gift myself the data from my new 24 month tablet. UPGRADE!!!!!! ..... therefore wasting my 10,% discount for having two lines..... Happy??
