      <title>Poor Customer Service Upgrades</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone else find the upgrades over the phone baffling?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phoned a few days ago for an upgrade deal, £64 a month for an iPhone 13 pro max £50 upfront. Phoned again today after being advised and now told by someone else £74 a month and I have to send my phone back 🤷🏼‍&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":male_sign:"&gt;♂️&lt;/span&gt; Upgrade anytime.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wish their sales were consistent, I then said I’ve found better deals online however they won’t match or beat it because it’s on Uswitch at £57 a month with Vodafone no upfront. He then begins to bad mouth Vodafone and other networks, had enough at this point and left it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone else have these kind of experiences found it quite unprofessional.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
